Everything from the start of applying to the day of getting our keys was above and beyond. Marilyn went out of her way to make sure to communicate everything with us and check up while we were deciding, filling out paperwork and that everything went smoothly. The complex itself is set back off the road a bit and all the maintenance and even mail men that we encountered said hello and were welcoming! They are newly renovated with beautiful kitchen space. and wonderful flooring. Definitely looking

This is a very nice place to live, is quite and safe. I have been living here for three years now in a second floor apartment, with a beautiful and relaxing pond view. The staff is amazing, ever since Blanca took over the management, things have improved dramatically. Many upgrades have been done in the community (i.e., new equipment in the gym, dog park, lights, etc), but also they update the apartments regularly. Meridian Courts is a very quiet apartment complex to live in. The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is able to fix problems or get them contracted out in a timely manner. All the remodeling taking place is making Meridian Courts a great place to call home!
